Rudi has 10 years of experience from business psychology, and has been working a lot with education and consultancy within the areas of recruitment, selection and development. He has also been working with councelling and development within organizations.

After receiving his degree as a psychologist at the University of Bergen, Norway, he started as a consultant in Saville & Holdsworth LTD Norway AS (SHL). Shortly after, he became a country manager, and later on the manager director. Rudi was responsible for making SHL Norway AS one of the leading providers of occupational psychometric instruments during the 1990s.

At the end of 2003 Rudi decided to leave SHL, founding cut-e norway in 2004.
Rudi is a chartered psychologist and specialist in occupational and organisational psychology. He is the managing director of cut-e norway, as well as working as a consultant. His main area of interest is online recruitment.
