The client planned to introduce a standardized approach to multi-rater feedback on various management levels and in all international locations, branches and regions. The system needed to support a very complex and flexible workflow and complete tailoring of the content and the reports involved to match the client’s competency model.

The system was hosted on cut-e’s secure servers, but provided a feedback cockpit for the client to control and administer the feedback processes.
