In his career Filip has focused on areas of Human Capital Solutions, Corporate Culture and Marketing. He has strong experience in Recruitment and Executive search of mid and top management positions for top Czech and international companies. He also participated on Sales Launch Trainings of new automotive products of OPEL, Chevrolet and KIA for the Czech and Slovak market. During his stay in USA he had the opportunity to cooperate on monitoring and coordination of the Corporate Culture of big companies. As a Managing Partner of the CDS Consulting & Partner, Czech HR Consultancy Company, he participated on revitalization projects of the 1 billion EUR companies. Recently he lead several Assessment and Development Centres projects for mayor pharmaceutical and law companies on the market. In his free time he gives lessons of HR and Usage of IT systems in HRM at Czech Universities. In cut-e Czech he is responsible for aftersales, marketing and PR and is involved in implementation of projects at client side.
