After a Degree in Psychology from Charles University, Prague, and a short spell with Johnson & Johnson in 1993, Václav joined SC Johnson Wax. From 1994 to 1998, he worked his way up from Area Sales Manager to Country Manager, responsible for Czech Republic and Slovakia, gaining broad experience in sales and marketing in the FMCG sector. Václav then took up a career in HR Consulting. During a career as Managing Partner of his own consulting firm, he organized and managed numerous projects related to Human Capital Development, as well as successfully completed many senior executive and middle management recruitment assignments. He has extensive experience in leading long term projects in the area of Assessment, Development, Teambuilding, Outdoor training, Satisfaction surveys as well as Personnel and Company HRM audits. He worked actively as a lecturer of ‘Soft Sales Skills’ development programmes. In 2005 he was certified as Assessor and Competency Scan Advanced Trainer by De Witte and Morel.

Over the last 10 years, Vaclav has helped many clients in a variety of projects to provide solutions in the area of Human Capital Solutions services such as Talent Management tools, Assessment & Development centers, Outplacement, Coaching etc. He works also in the field of Scientific Research and Development and has broad experience teaching at significant Czech Universities. Václav speaks English and Czech.
