Attracting and selecting top quality staff remains one of the most important factors for success in any company.
Our economic woes may have created a larger pool of potential recruits, this leads to:
- Line managers spending too much time interviewing unsuitable candidates
- An administrative burden of handling large numbers of applicants
- Legal exposure if every applicant is not treated equally
- The risk of getting it wrong – poor quality and poor retention
This seminar aims to demonstrate some state of the art ideas and solutions to help save time, save cost and maximise your chances of making the right choice.
