cut-e Event: Smart Use of Online Assessment, Hamburg, Germany, Sept. 2010

The annual cut-e event this year is taking place in Hamburg, Germany, on the 30th September 2010. From 9am participants and presenters from all around Europe will be sharing and learning from each other – about the smart use of online assessment. To end the day we will have a networking reception and buffet.

Speakers from e.g. Credit Suisse, Manpower, Deutsche Telekom, the Audit Commission, ESB Power Generation and of course from cut-e, will be discussing areas such as leadership competencies, latest innovation in competency based recruitment, cheat-proofing tests in graduate recruitment and smart uses of 360 degree feedback.

The only condition is that you are a little sea-hardy… the event will be taking place on a floating pontoon. But don’t worry, it doesn’t move too much!

European Association of Test Publishers Conference, Barcelona, Spain, Sept./Oct. 2010

During September 29th and October 1st 2010 cut-e is presenting at the European Association of Test Publishers Conference in Barcelona. Dr. Achim Preuss, founder and director of cut-e, will be talking about 'Assessment work-flow: processes and technologies for managing assessments'.

Czech Association for Personnel Management Conference, Prague, Sept. 2010

The Czech association for personnel management conference is taking place on the 30th September 2010. The conference topic is HR Management Online and cut-e will be presenting on the subject "Does everybody has the same chance today?". The conference is held in Czech.

Course: Usage of IT systems in HRM, Nov - Dec 2010, Prague, Czech Republic

From 24th November to 8th December, cut-e representatives are teaching this course as part of a Bachelor and Master programme at the University of Economics, Prague. 

Course contents: Intensive form of instruction based on a combination of "learning by doing" and an interactive discussion with a teacher. The aim is firstly to enhance the knowledge of students in the use of advanced IT systems in the field of human resource management, especially in the recruitment, selection and development of human resources, and secondly to acquire practical skills in the use of IT systems management projects in the international environment. >> More Info
