Petra is originally from Germany and has been living in Romania since 1995. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Human Recourses and Management Development.

Petra studied Social Science and Education and has a doctor degree in a motivational psychology topic.

She worked for Henkel KGaA in the Management Development and Executive Training Development. Since 1996 she works as a HR-consultant in the field of Executive Search, Management Assessment, Training, Team Coaching and Coaching. As an SHL-licensed consultant she has run successfully management evaluation projects for Orange, ABB, Connex, Ernst & Young, New Holland and E.ON.

Her special fields of experience are 360 feedback projects, personal development and coaching.

In 2004 she joined the cut-e Team. She is responsible for the clients in Romania.
