Mattias is a psychologist and has worked several years within the field of business psychology. His main areas of expertise are organizational development, leadership dvelopment, and e-HR with bespoke online assessment and development solutions.  Over the years, he has worked with a lot of different projects both in the public sector and also with private institutions.

Mattias is the managing director of cut-e sweden with head quarters in Stockholm.
