Daria Kielbratowska has 17 years experience in consultancy work, mainly for HR and Talent Management. She worked with a broad range of global & national clients, such as Agip, Pekao S.A., 3M, Generali, P&O Nedloyd, PepsiCo, SCA Molnlycke, ABB and ING, European Commission and Toyota Financial Services to name just a few. Thus she has gained a profound experience across the products and services supporting HR policies. She specialises in the areas of competency modelling, executive coaching, assessment and development, job architecture and organisational development.
Daria graduated with Master and PhD degree in science, then worked for Polish Academy of Sciences and for BCnet – EU body supporting development of business networks across Europe. As early as in 1991, she founded the Polish subsidiary of SHL Group plc, the leading provider of occupational psychometric instruments during the 1990s. She became its Managing Director and introduced modern concepts in testing and assessment to the Polish market.
In 2004 she decided to look for new opportunities, and started to work as an independent consultant. As such she joined the leading Belgian consultancy De Witte&Morel (being the part of Hudson Europe). In 2005 on top of that she was offered a position of the Head of Human Capital Solutions within Hudson Central and Eastern Europe, where all her expertise could be fully utilised. From 2007 Daria develops mainly own activities as an executive coach and within the cut-e group, with the target of introducing innovative cut-e instruments in Poland and Central Europe.
