This version of shapes is optimized for senior management. The questionnaire consists of 24 scales with 6 items each.

This version of shapes is optimized for experts without management responsibilities and sales functions. Some of the items from the shapes standard-version have been changed. The questionnaire has 18 scales with 8 items each and does not measure any management behavior/potential.

This version of shapes has been optimized for graduates. To complete the questionnaire management experience is not required.

The shapes sales is optimized for sales functions and direct customer contact. This questionnaire is appropriate for candidates without a university degree.
