Preselecting the best: Scoot is expanding rapidly and receives a huge number of applications. The team was under pressure to review, highlight and engage with all candidates as early in the process as possible and select those they believed to be the strongest. After building Scoot-specific competency models, cut-e worked to calibrate the personality shapes assessment to deliver a customised questionnaire and report. This helps Scoot identify the strongest candidates much quicker in the process.
